Setup and device limits
Enable Bluetooth and grant the nearby-device permissions Android requests. Older Android versions can also require location permission or location services for discovery. A device must advertise a detectable signal. Closed cases, sleeping devices and unsupported hardware can prevent discovery.
Saved contact location, when available, is the phone’s position at observation time. Signal strength does not prove distance or direction.
Purchase and restore help
Earbud Finder is coming soon. Prices and offers will be shown by Google Play and the app if and when a release becomes available. There is no public download or purchase action here.
Privacy choices
Advertising choices, analytics and purchase/security processing are separate. Use the app’s available native privacy controls and Android/Google settings. This website cannot change consent inside an installed app.
Send a useful report
Email aizensoftapps@gmail.com with the app/version, Android version, device model, steps and an optional redacted screenshot. Never send passwords, authentication codes, card details or raw purchase tokens.
A diagnostic export opens your email app; you decide whether to send the message and attachments. Privacy requests go to volumelockkapp@gmail.com.
