Scope and developer

These terms concern the Aizen Apps website and the applications identified here, operated by Alexander Aizendorf as an individual developer. Aizen Apps is a publishing name, not a representation of a separate incorporated company.

Use of an application is also subject to its applicable store terms and any additional app-specific terms linked from its listing or purchase screen.

Use and intellectual property

You may use the website and applications for their intended purposes. Rights in original code, designs and assets remain with their respective owners. You may not redistribute unauthorized copies, repackage an app to impersonate the developer, sell it as your own or remove proprietary notices.

These restrictions do not override non-waivable rights under applicable law or rights granted by the licenses of third-party and open-source components. Their original notices and applicable licenses remain available in the applications.

App-specific scope

Volume Lock and Volume Lock Pro manage supported Android sound settings. Supported controls and behavior depend on the phone and Android version. For the free edition and its Premium subscription, see the existing Volume Lock Terms of Use. For the paid edition, see Volume Lock Pro Terms of Use.

Earbud Finder is in preparation. It is intended to help search for detectable Bluetooth signals; detection depends on advertising, power, hardware, firmware, access and conditions. It does not guarantee recovery, recognition of every earbud, exact distance or direction, battery readings or remote sound playback. Recorded phone contact points are not GPS locations reported by earbuds.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Purchase availability, exact benefit, billing period, localized price/currency, introductory terms and any trial eligibility are shown in the applicable offer and Google Play purchase confirmation. These website terms do not promise a particular price, period or free trial.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew according to the selected Google Play plan unless cancelled under that plan. Manage or cancel through Google Play using the account that purchased the subscription. Uninstalling an app or removing local records does not cancel it. Access after cancellation, expiry, refund or revocation follows the authoritative purchase state and disclosed benefit.

Refund eligibility follows Google Play policy and applicable consumer law. These terms do not create a blanket no-refund rule or remove statutory rights. Paid ad removal does not improve hardware capabilities or constitute a global opt-out from necessary provider processing.

Earbud Finder's first public release is intended to include advertisements and optional subscriptions. It has no live store offer on this website yet; final benefits and terms will be shown before purchase.

Privacy and access

Permissions, local records, optional tracking, service processing, retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy and the applicable app notice. Revoking Android access may limit the corresponding feature. Only use device discovery and tracking where you have lawful authority to do so.

Availability and consumer rights

Compatibility and availability can change with Android, device firmware and provider services. The developer cannot promise uninterrupted operation or guaranteed results on every device. Any warranty or liability limitation applies only where permitted and does not exclude rights or duties that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
