Who we are

Aizen Apps is the publishing name used by Alexander Aizendorf, an individual Android developer. This page covers this website and explains the shared privacy practices and app-specific notices for the applications shown here. It does not imply that every app uses the same permissions, advertising or services.

Contact the developer and data controller at volumelockkapp@gmail.com.

This website

This website does not include sign-up forms, advertising, analytics scripts or marketing trackers. Its images and styles are served with the site; it does not load external fonts.

The hosting infrastructure can process technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and access time to serve and secure the website. Clicking a Google Play, email or external privacy link opens a separate service with its own practices.

Information, by app

Volume Lock

Volume settings, rules, profiles and related preferences are kept locally. The free edition includes advertising and Firebase Analytics, and an optional Premium subscription. Its entitlement and compatibility services use Cloudflare infrastructure.

The established Volume Lock Privacy Policy explains the exact advertising/mediation providers, consent choices, purchase verification, diagnostics, backend records, retention and deletion. It remains the detailed notice linked to that application.

Volume Lock Pro

Volume Lock Pro is a paid application without AdMob advertising. It includes Firebase Analytics and uses Google Play Integrity and a Cloudflare license service. Its local settings, licensing and diagnostic processing differ from the free edition.

See the established Volume Lock Pro Privacy Policy for its detailed service, record and retention disclosures.

Earbud Finder

Earbud Finder is being prepared for its first Google Play release. That release is intended to include advertising and an optional subscription. Final advertising, consent, analytics and purchase-verification disclosures will be completed here before the app is published.

The current development app processes detectable Bluetooth Low Energy advertisements when you start discovery or explicitly enable supported tracking. Observations can include a device name, transport identifier, signal strength and contact time. Saved devices, custom names and display choices, selected photo references and contact/Found history are stored locally.

Android location access supports scan requirements and optional recording of the phone's position at a device contact, including capture time and reported accuracy. This is the phone's position, not a GPS position reported by an earbud. Opening a recorded point in a map shares that selected point with the map app or browser. Selected-photo access is used to display the photo you choose; removing its reference does not delete your original system photo.

Timeline contact and Found entries have a 30-day retention window, pruned during normal app processing and maintenance. The separate latest-contact record and minimal completed-Found records remain until the saved device is removed. Clearing a timeline does not remove that saved device or its separate latest-contact record. App-owned database and settings are excluded from Android backup and device transfer under the current configuration.

Advertising and analytics

Where an app includes advertising, advertising providers may process advertising or app-instance identifiers, IP address and network-derived approximate location, device and operating-system information, ad requests, views, clicks, consent choices and diagnostics. The providers and active controls are described in that app's notice.

Advertising consent, a paid ad-free benefit and analytics processing are separate. Removing covered advertisements does not by itself disable Firebase Analytics or processing needed for licensing, purchases, support, security or legal obligations. Use the privacy choices provided by the app and Android/Google controls where available.

Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. Infrastructure processing is also subject to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Purchases and subscriptions

Google Play handles payment methods, price, currency, taxes, offers and the Google account purchase context. The developer does not automatically receive your card details or Google password. An app can process product information and purchase state to grant and restore the purchased benefit.

Where a developer-operated verification or license service is used, its actual data fields, provider and retention are disclosed in the app-specific notice. A website privacy request, clearing local data or uninstalling an app does not cancel a Google Play subscription or create a refund.

Support, retention and your choices

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device/app details or a Google Play order reference. This information is used to address your request and applicable security or legal obligations. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details or raw purchase tokens.

Local app retention and deletion depend on the particular app, as explained above and in its detailed notice. Service-provider retention follows the applicable provider controls. Information controlled by the developer is retained for the purpose for which it is needed and applicable legal obligations; published app notices specify additional operational retention periods where relevant.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent, or contact a competent supervisory authority. Email support to exercise rights for information the developer controls. An order reference alone is not sufficient authority to disclose private purchase records.

If you have concerns about information provided by a child, contact the developer. App audience and age requirements can differ; the individual store listing and app notice apply.

Changes to this policy

This policy and app-specific disclosures may change as applications, providers and legal requirements change. Material changes will carry an updated date and any notice required by applicable law. A new release's processing must match its published disclosures.
